The North Pacific Constitution:
Section 5. Grounds for Civil, Criminal or Impeachment Proceedings.

The following acts shall constitute grounds for civil, criminal or impeachment proceedings:
A - Failure of a Nation to observe and abide by the Constitution of The North Pacific and The North Pacific Legal Code.
B - Failure of a Nation to refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any other nation or region in a manner inconsistent with the Constitution of The North Pacific and the North Pacific Legal Code.

We, the righteous and noble citizens of Gracius Maximus, through our glorious leader, The Minister, Royal Pontifex and First Citizen of the Realm, Imperator Maximus I, petition the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of The North Pacific to bring charges against the nation Rostum for alleged violation of the Constitution of The North Pacific, specifically Article V, Section 5.B.

Through an exchange of Private Messages on this, the official governmental forum for the north Pacific, the nation Rostum has attempted to solicit our assistance in an invasion plot to overthrow the sitting government of The Pacific. The nation has also transmitted his plans for this and his desire to form a coalition with several regions outside the north to assist in this plan.

Evidence of this can be transmitted to the Minister of Justice or posted here if necessary.

Since the north Pacific has engaged in open dialogue with the government of The Pacific and found amicable resolution to recent disagreements resulting in a reopening of the Pacifican Consulate it seems contrary and inconsistent with our Constitution for such plans to be taking place on our forum and for a member of the Regional Assembly to be heading up such plans.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

ahem, I mean I take these charges very seriously and upon further review from Rostum, I will take the eventuality of charges under consideration.

Though I must ask, if the Emperor is in on it; is it really overthrowing the ruler? I mean how could someone be so F***ing stupid as to solicit the help of the Delegate in overthrowing their own region? hehehehehe

I have heard of dualism, but this guy needs therapy, not prosecution.
 
I would like to remind everyone of the gravity of this charge, and that a proper sense of decorum should be maintained.
 
I would ask Mr.Sniffles to do his job in a manner reflective of his status as Minister of Justice!! The response to the evidence present to him is quite frankly, unacceptable!!

It was never my intention to have anyone leave the game. I do not approve of the response my post received from the Minister of Justice and believe the personal attacks against another player that made a mistake in judgement are unnecessary.

Yet another example of the bias endemic in those who have occupied the Minister of Justice position, under the Constitution which was to end all such possibility.

I'd say your response to the complaint may have something to do with it!! When you laugh off a serious allegation because of who raised it, it tends not to make you look overly professional or impartial!!

But, yes, you are on to me, I'm just pushing that big anti-Sniffles bandwagon around again!!

I made a joke, wasn't the only one, in fact if this was so unprofessional why on earth would you continue the light mood? Why not the same old self-righteous consternation we've all become so accustomed to?
 
I do not see where I continued the "joke"!! I only see where I said your actions were not reflective of the gravity of the issue brought to your attention!!
