I tried a game based on Apples to Apples (a card game, a really great card game) in ACCEL's forum, didn't go for that long. It might work in TNP, worth a try.
Rules. The smackdown champion (or originally me, the beginning poster) decides a word. It is preferably not specific and general (example: love, exciting, jumpy, torment etc.) but can be a more specific word (America, Hamburgers etc.) Then there is a time set (within a few days as decided by the champion). Anyone can post a response to the word that is 3 words or less. The champions chooses one of the posters and in turn that poster is then the current smackdown champion. Each thread will contain a certain number of rounds to make sure there are not too many threads as well as not too long of a thread. Keeping track of wins is encouraged...

Wait what does GM have to do with hungry? Well that's where strategy comes in... You have to try to guess the person. One person might be likely to choose a similar topic while another will always choose fart.
