We've been looking at recruiting within the MoD and I was thinking that it made sense to look at how we can combine our recruiting together, with the MoIIA mainly, so I thought I'd start a thread here.

Firstly what are thoughts on using RMB messages (our RMB just to make that clear)? Whilst they are not particularly effective method of recruiting they do keep things in the RMB about our region rather than anybody elses. It's then a case of who should post messages on the RMB, with the array of nationalities and timezones we have, it shouldn't be too difficult to have at least someone able to post something all the time. I don't know whether the MoC or the MoIIA should look at organising that sort of thing.

As for telegrams. Does the general MoIIA telegram refer to the NPA/DC/etc? Should it do? And what are peoples thoughts about specific recruitment, e.g. NPA recruitment telegrams, purely for the NPA?

If the NPA would want to send NPA TGs purely for NPA then I don't see anything wrong with that as long as it's only done in TNP, because I am running recruitment campaigns outside of TNP too and I don't it's nice of us to double send to nations.
Honestly Haor Chall, I haven't set up a new and standard telegram for recruitment, so I can't answer whether it also refers to the NPA or not.

as for RMBs, I strongly endorse the idea that we should post things about our region on the RMB, but we should keep it short.

What this is isn't precisely RMB recruiting. What we need to do is push the spam away and talk about things regarding TNP so that when nations see it. They will find reason to stay..
