2. Any embasy is entitled to a spot on the map until such time that diplomatic relations are disolved or the embasy is downgraded to a consulate
3. Any regional assembly memer may request space on the map for a place of business as it relates to the TNP Economy.
3A. Said business must first be established in the Economy section of the forum to qualify.
4. Any RA member may be taken off to make space for a embassy at any time, but said RA members will get first priority when more space opens up.

Hey! You forgot Immigration & Internal Affairs! Oh well, that may be a good thing. The MoIIA's office is supposed to be a small harbor, so you can make this a coastal city while you're at it.

And could the Admins have an office somewhere? Say, "Department of Forum Administration" or some such.
