All right boys and girls, now that the new cabinet has been selected, it's time to send a representative to The Center.

I don't believe we ever settled if it should just be selected by the Cabinet or elected by the RA. But either way, we need to do this soon so that every region is set up and we can get to actual discussion and progress.

Also, could I ask Fedele to talk to Quy about University ideas?

Quite honestly, this doesn't need to be a big production, I know that Dalimbar has expressed interest in it when it first came up, and given that he just was elected MoEA, it might be a logical fit.
 
I think we need someone with the legal and moral authority to negotiate (or even hobnob) with foreign dignitaries. We need someone respected and trusted on both the local and international level. Dalimbar and his deputy would the obvious choice.
 
If everyone is fine with it, I can do it. I want us to have a representative there, as some of you have seen in the last Cabinet :D
 
I support GoalVA as a solid choice especially seeing as he has been an influencial and active member both here and in The Pacific.

While I love Goalvie to pieces, he's also quite firmly entrenched in the NPO. I'd rather *not* have someone that's divided amongst the feeders as a rep to a council of feeders. :P
 
As I recall we needed to send 2 people to "The Center" 1 as a Governmental official for negotiating truces, treaties, hobnob, etc. and someone to hold the reigns as a moderator of the TNP crowd. I would desire to have the Minister of External Affairs be in charge of the negotiation standpoint as it is their job to deal with inter-regional relations.

As to who should hold the modship... I think we need to look at the moderation team and select someone who errors on the side of caution.
 
I was informed by Gnidrah, new Delegate of The East Pacific, that we could have a Administrator, and however many Global Mods we want I believe. I would suggest 3 persons. The Admin, a back-up admin that has Global Mod access, and our Negotiator, who I can be.

Could someone talk to either GBM or DD if they are interested?

Right now all that's on the table are admins, which are the representatives of the region. If we want to have specific negotiations with a region, then I imagine we'll need negotiators.

Thats what I thought too when I asked. Better just to say what I was told though...
 
May I suggest that we simply send our MoEA, Dali, to be our representative? As to moderation, don't think we've progressed that far. I'm sure GBM or DD would both be good to moderate whatever TNP has going over there, when it actually gets going. :P
 
Aye. At this time if it is fine I'll represent TNP as our Admin and Official Representative, how does that sound?
