Hehehe. I once was warned for doing that. But anyway, to argue with BW II, Constitutions can be ammended and, as a former invader, I am highly offended that it says only invaders can be banned. I'm also a person who is attempting to slow down the NS War more than anything. If only invaders can be banned, what if the ADN comes into our region wanting to establish like a monarchy or something?
