Formal Discussion, RA Merger/Repeal

The only activity clauses I could see is for voting. If an RA member doesn't vote for at least two consecutive votes (or something like that) that's a clear sign of inactvity.

Other than that I support the merger.
 
Just a note that since the elections are now over, people are still free to debate this proposal before its scheduled vote on the 21st.
 
As of this moment, I have sent the proposal to Flem for Cabinet consideration.

As a reminder, they have 15 days to vote on it before it comes back here.
