Hello... again

Hello people of the North Pacific.
I came here and registered some time ago to ask about the NS Centrist Party.
But this time, I was wondering whether TNP would ever consider relations of some sort with my region, Liberalia, and to actually find out some more about this great region.
My region currently has 130 ish nations and I'm trying to look for some friends for us. I realise that TNP is a vast and far more important region than Liberalia, and that we don't have all that much to offer, other than the usual... but I noticed that a few of your embassies belong to regions smaller than ours, so I was desperately hoping that you'll consider us.
Could anybody help me out and tell me who to ask about this? I'd really appreciate it.
Also, I'm loving your vast array of smilies.... our forum could do with a few more.

As for the diplomacy, check in the External Affairs forum and ask Namyeknom about it. I'm sure something could be worked out.

It's supposed to be a Carribean-style region, but it isn't especially true to the "theme." We do tend to use old cuban propaganda posters a lot though ..

Yep.. but I'd never done it before. One nation actually left in protest at the colour scheme. even though I offered to change it.
