Hey y'all!! Long time no see! For those who may not remember me, I was formerly Starsendam. I was so into the game, but over the course of the past 6 months, I've had to take a bit of a hiatus from the game to not only take some time for myself, but to do some soul searching to truly find myself. And I can honestly say that it's definitely helped. Among other things, it's helped me to get the courage to come out and say the one thing I've been hiding from y'all for fear of the kind of reaction this would receive....tho some of you may already know this, here it is for the rest of ya......
I'm gay.
It took a lot of time, character building, and help from some real close friends to finally say it, but now I feel so much better for doing it.
As for my personal life, it's definitely taken a very interesting turn:
I finally reunited with my dad after nearly 2 years of silence and not speaking because of the fact that he wouldn't accept my life choices.
I finally went back to school after 3 years going for a degree in Computer Business Systems and hoping to finish May 10th with graduation soon to follow.
My brother this past Halloween also walked down the aisle for the first time getting married to his beautiful wife Stephanie....albeit in the strangest way. (They did the entire ceremony in costume...him as a punk rocker and her as a fairy princess0 a majority of the family were unable to go to the wedding because it was in Hawaii....though there is talk of the ceremony being held stateside for those who weren't able to attend. Nad the most important news of all...at least to me:
I'VE GOT A BOYFRIEND!!!!
His name's BJ and he's from KY. Pics are soon to follow. Feels so good to be back with you guys! Show me the love!
