I am sorry for being unclear but may I conclude that I have 'normal' registered voter status?

I ask for a respone with due urgeny given that I wish to participate in the current election cycle as a voter.
 
A fair interpretation would be that the MIIA's prior decision was set aside, and that the matter has now been returned to the MIIA to determine each applicantion without the use of conditions.

Determinations of factual issues, such as whether a nation meets the requirements of becoming a registered voter, are outside the scope of a judicial review proceeding, which only decides issues of law.

In other words. ask the MIIA. The ball is now in their "court."
