The function of this thread will be for the Speaker to make announcements regarding vote timetables/deadlines and discussion timetables/deadlines.. This way, there is no confusion on any issue/bill/amendment proposal.. In addition, people will not have to go searching for the thread of a certain issue in order to find the latest status on it.. They will be able to look in this thread instead..

For any legislative business that comes to the fore before elections, I will be posting any of this kind of information BOTH in the actual issue thread AND in this thread to facilitate the transition..

I hope everyone finds this an easier way of finding information here in the RA..

REFERENDUM: Lionstar Pact (TNP-RLA) PASSED

Modifications to the Lionstar Pact was submitted by HaorChall. Voting took place (5-day voting period) from Mar 21 to Mar 26.

IN ACCORDANCE with new rules, this was then approved by a Cabinet majority.

Proposal regarding Justice term changes, submitted by Hersfold, was voted on from 11:30 PM PDT June 5 to 11:29 PM PDT June 12.

This dealt with the Constitution, so a 2/3 majority was required.
