GBM is the closest so far (even though Mosel is just a river). It's definitely not Kaliningrad. And the picture is not old, the place looks like this today.

And this place was picked because Jean Paul II like it to much.

Just a piece of history though. when Jean Paul II visited Lebanon, he declared it a land of saints, and a place he is very fond of, thus the choice of the basicilica to be one of 5 places in the world to screen the beautification live.
