Nackawic, New Brunswick.

Some tips for the newcomers:
1. Don't post pics with national flags. Exceptions would be if it is your second round of pics and the country has already been guessed. I once got away with it by posting foreign embassy pics, but that kind of trick only works once.

2. Avoid pics of objects that are easily googled. For example: World's biggest axe. Exceptions can be made for things that will cause obvious flooding, like "world's biggest ass."

3. Do not post images that include a url. Seems obvious, but sometimes you don't notice it's in there.

4. Upload images to imageshack or photobucket and change the file names. It is considered against the rules for players to check the properties, but it's best to lead us not into temptation.

Any questions?

Okay.
Hills, rather mountains all around the place. Looks dry, so it should not be too much up North.
Eastern-Asian architecture, however not very ancient building.
The guards don't look communist, also the brown sign on light blue background not => most probably not PRC.
Central Asia would be a tempting solution, but I don't think it is correct. In my mind, they're too russified to make buildings like this one.
A Chinese embassy perhaps?
Hmph...just some thoughts on the topic. :)

Almaty, Kazakhstan?

It's in northern hemisphere.

Again, correct.

Not central asia.

Not an embassy, but it's a government house.

Almaty, Kazakhstan?

Finally, nope still wrong.

Still Nope... (Wrong Country and City) and all right, I'll give you a pic of a city.

Not a very good pic.... but it should help.

That is correct!

The 1st and 2nd pics is from Cheong Wa Dae aka the "Blue" House, Office of the President of the Republic of Korea.

The 3rd pic is Seoul.
