Fortunado is the author who deserves he credit. He has done most, if not all, of the drafting. Also, we would love to have input on the draft. Grammatical errors, wording, etc. Every little bit helps us.

This is a document we have been working on in Europeia to repeal the previously passed legislation "Rights of Sapient Species." Fortunado is our primary author and will help answer questions pertaining to this repeal. He is currently validating. Parts revised 2/10/2016
