[GA - PASSED] Repeal: "Freedom of Assembly"

I am the one editing your posts. Against. Because people shouls be able to say that a convict in their opinion should get the death penalty? (Although execution won't be possible for long.)

The RA Hand of Justice Amendment

I assume this is more so about unelected officials.

[GA - WITHDRAWN] Protecting Sapient Life

For. The death penalty should also be banned in military courts, which this does.

[Private] The North Pacific v 9003

That's fair, actually. I'd be willing to go for 4 months voting + election. @Vivanco @Lord Lore

An unfortunate but necessary step. Thank you for the update.

[GA - PASSED] Fair Treatment Of Prisoners

For. Protects prisoners' rights, seems like a good one.

[GA - WITHDRAWN] International Criminal Protocol

This was repealed for good reasons. Resubmitting the exact same thing hours after repeal because you didn't like the repeal is super petty, also. Against.

[Private] The North Pacific v 9003

I feel like both the Prosecution and Defence's recommendations are, in fact, excessive. I feel like these cases are relevant here (also cited in the recommendations): The North Pacific v. Whole India - Guilty of Fraud because he intentionally mislead TNP into believing a member of The Black...

[Private] The North Pacific v 9003

I don't agree with LL here. While there may be a political motivation behind the indictments against St George, that seems like an assumption I'm not just willing to accept. Ultimately, the Court came very close to convicting him, so it was not a frivolous case. 9003 made a mistake and that's a...

[GA - PASSED] Repeal "International Criminal Protocol"

Of course it's an ideological argument; no-one is "[dressing] up" that it is one. Why exactly, though, is it a problem that a resolution in a legislative body makes an ideological argument? They're supposed to. In this case, opposition to state-mandated killing is a convincing ideological argument.

[Accelerator - GA] Repeal "International Criminal Protocol"

I do not recall you making that claim to me directly, as you claimed. You may have said it in some thread or to someone else, in which case I hadn't seen it. If I did, I wouldn't have contacted Cretox to get clarity. On the subject, though, it's unfortunate you'd want to include that clause...

[Accelerator - GA] Repeal "International Criminal Protocol"

A rather aggressive message. You have not, as far as I know, told me anything directly, nor "shut this idea down several times". In fact, in order to get clarity, I had to ask Cretox to ask you what your plans were. I misremembered what he told me; from what he said (this was in Nov.), your plan...

[Private] Request for Review: NPA & Legal Code 7.6.32&33

"military forces, organization, & regions" — "organization" should be "organizations". "and as such it's continued support" — "it's" should be "its". I would add that working with an army knowing it plans to destroy a region is, prima facie, not the "respect towards the natives" the Legal Code...

[Accelerator - GA] Repeal "International Criminal Protocol"

I would note that Tinfect is also planning to submit a new version of ICP if repealed which, as far as I understand, would not contain the death penalty clause.

[Private] Request for Review: NPA & Legal Code 7.6.32&33

I agree that the NPA is not allowed to engage in military operations in which its partners violate the cited sections of the Legal Code. On the one hand, a literal reading of the text supports this conclusion. The NPA, under the law, is required to "act with respect towards the natives of the...
