As a note for those who aren't on the discord where this was already discussed - the Three Times You're Out Amendment did not need the delegate's signature, nor was the delegate able to Veto it, as it was a constitutional amendment.

Non-WA Against it's a shame to see so many people supporting a commendation of someone who invaded one of our treatied allies and has spent their entire career engaging in negative, malevolent actions on NS.

I'm not sure it's so much me feeling tense as it is me seeing how tense quite a few people's interactions seem to have gotten. But maybe I'm reading too much into things.

The overall quality of commended being so low now that the only qualification some nominees need to have is "Is in Europeia" is damaging to the overall health of the WA, which is clearly in decline.

At a certain point, saying the quiet part out loud and continuing to do something that's objectively damaging to the WA as a whole might become a problem. I know we don't actually care about the health of the WA, but we sometimes pretend to.

This is such a mid nominee who wouldn't be getting commended if he wasn't one of our "friends".
