What exactly have you achieved while a Minister that would suggest you would be a decent Delegate? Your platform mentioned the rewriting of the WA 101 guides, but as I pointed out elsewhere, those are a WALL resource, not a TNP one, and some of us in WALL were surprised when we woke up one day...

I do think that there's probably some room for change/improvement. Sometimes discussion gets bogged down in the minutiae of how clauses are numbered, for example - this doesn't seem productive to me.

If this helps the Court, then I don't see the harm in it. It's also a transparent way for people to understand who may be appointed a THO for their case, and so they may pre-emptively object to certain individuals if necessary - might make the process go a bit quicker.

That's a fair comment. Maybe @Eluvatar also has ideas. What about someone like Fiji? Not sure on judicial experience, but trying to think of a normal citizen without a potential or actual conflict.
