Split Topic Court of The North Pacific

A quick question. Will this case transfer over to the new justices after election, or will the current court finish the trial and then the new court takes over?

What are you talking about Gov? I don't see nominations occurring anywhere else.

FD: Adding new Delegate candidate requirement

I agree with most everybody above. I think it hurts the nomination process more than it helps, and I certainly feel it presents an unnecessary security risk.

Me? The 13th Duke of Wynbourne? Delegate?

Does it have to be at a concert? If not, I would qualify. :D

    Minister of Defence applications

I can imagine so, but I would appreciate an official yes or no. Unfortunately I have had the unfortunate experience of being banned from the WA. I suppose that's what I get for sharing a dorm room IP address with my buddy who also plays.

    Minister of Defence applications

Is it required that the MoD have WA status? If not I would like to apply for the position.

Me? The 13th Duke of Wynbourne? Delegate?

Grats mate. :fish: This is how I imagine your seizing the delegacy from Tres.

    Wee-Tiddler

Allow me to throw my two cents in, if you will. I'm a fairly new member to TNP (I've only been here a few months). Almost immediately I applied to the RA and was accepted. Before I had even been an RA member for a month, I was accepted into the cabinet as the attorney general. And as far as...

    Awards Night!!!

Thanks for all of your support everybody. It's hard moving into a region and not knowing what's going on, but you guys sure helped out. And what the hell. Drinks on my tab!

Confirmation of the Speaker of the RA

Who could say no to Gross? Aye!

    My email to Max

I know we don't like them much, but has anyone considered inviting someone of Gatesville to the conference? Love 'em or hate 'em they do play a large role in the game.

    Appointments

Hmm, since I'm no longer a cabinet member, then I should probably be put back on the RA mask.

    On current RA practice...

In all of my votes, I've only ever received on PM from Sniffles asking why I voted how I did. As it turns out, it was a revised edition of an earlier proposal that I said I would support if a section was removed. In essence, his PM covered my rear. All in all I think he's done a bang up job...

    TNP v. Knockavale

Sorry GM, seems we were both busy this weekend. :D In any case, Knockavale has provided sufficient evidence to me that the server he used to apply for RA membership is indeed a university server set up as a proxy. As such, the prosecution wishes to formally drop all charges against Knockavale...

    TNP v. Knockavale

Ok GM. We'll await your return. ^_^.

    TNP v. Knockavale

Yes, the proxy server that was used ended in dcu.ie. However, I still need one last bit of proof before I can formally withdraw the charges. Knockavale, do you have an email address assigned to you by the university? If so I would like to send you an email and get a pre arranged response from...

    TNP v. Knockavale

Indeed. You do have a right to stand up for yourself after all.

    TNP v. Knockavale

I never said that you weren't the one's who determined guilt or innocence. I was simply stating a possible consequence that could result. :pinch: However, let's continue.
  26. C

    TNP v. Knockavale

Weather or not it was determined to be a knowing or unknowing act of using a proxy server does not matter. The law clearly states that the use of a proxy server to register for RA membership is an offense that can result in a permanent ban from the forums. However, considering the...

    The Prosecution of Knockavale

The Office of the Attorney General of The North Pacific charges that former Regional Assembly (RA) member Knockavale did knowingly and willingly submit an application for re-admittance to the RA using a proxy server. The IP address associated with Knockavale's account at the time of application...
