I'd be happy to see the constitution started from scratch, with a mind to efficiency rather than fear of a rogue delegate. Once we all come to terms with the fact that any delegate can remove the constitution regardless of what it says, we'll find things much easier to work with.

The empire idea is good, but it requires more than just some quick fixes to the Constitution. Read the constitution through, some of the stuff is already in place, but we need to streamline our system first :P
