I think we should take the French stance, in a way. If there are more than two candidates and one fails to reach majority, run a second election with only two candidates so one candidate must come out on the other end with a majority.

The focus should be on trying to attract new people to the game somehow... whether through donations to advertise or otherwise. No matter what you do in-game, new players are going to come at the same, deaccerlerating rate.

That's a ridiculous bit of legislation we have here. Anyone who didn't vote should be regarded as 'abstain' and I could be mistaken but I was under the impression we have passed a bill or were discussing a bill to take away abstain votes from the tally. I would like to see a retroactive bill...
