I agree with this. Instead of "amendment to chapt X subsection Y", I'd like to see something more along the lines of Freedom of Information (Security Council) (Amendment) Bill 2014. Though that's just my bias of being familiar with my RL country's statute books.

Silly, with all due respect, you have no idea what my security checks consist of so you really can't say whether or not I need to know the existence/location of the applicant's nation.

Avati and the North Western Counties are ok with me. Myrden is also fine, but it'd be nice if he had the correct nation linked in his profile. I echo flem's annoyance that a link is not required with the application - it does make this often drawn out process go ever so quicker.
