Given the geographic proximity of Sil Dorsett to Montañi, I might suggest a passing relationship of the two languages. Montañi is essentially a blend of Catalan, Spanish, and French (with hints of Romanian and Basque thrown in), so it wouldn't be too different from Silienne as it is now afaik.
