The next schedule election will begin on May 1st for Delegate. Meaning the term would last until May 17th unless there is a run-off which would extend it anywhere from 5-7 days. The 5-7 days depends on the election calendar released by whoever is Delegate.

The Delegate only appoints a THO if all Sitting Justices have a CoI. If they don't then the sitting Justice would appoint the needed THO's.

I don't believe three years is too much. TSP has people who have been banned longer than that. A permanent ban is meant to be permanent. Giving a chance to appeal after three years is a courtesy.
