Not a fan of this. This would be okay if we elected Cabinet Ministers. However since the Offices we are looking at are the Delegate, Vice Delegate, Speaker, and Court Justices, I would prefer not to cross appoint officials.

I am against forcing EC's to hold their vote to break a tie. I am also against putting a clause that requires private votes to be announced. We really don't need to legislate everything.
