I request the right of reply to Hersfold's post but am desisting from doing so in deference to the Court's right to manage cases as it sees fit.
I request that due notice be served to me if my request for rebuttal be granted.
I petition the Court in the following manner, in anticipation of the fulfilment of threats made by Hersfold, both PM of the region and Root Admin.
1) Under article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution the following is enshrined:
I believe it is likely that my rights under the Constitution are...
Thank you for your response Hersfold.
I will seek legal redress if necessary to ensure my rights under the Constitution are maintained.
Thank you for your attention as both PM and Root Admin...an interesting and unlikely (in the past) combination, if I may say.
Ooops looks like 2 Lexiconians win this.
Hey TNP get moving...anyone would think you were a Feeder with nothing to say, nowhere to go and no ideas...that couldn't be right could it???
POTD
Insane Power
Given your veiled threats in PM to Insane Power, regarding froum/IP bans, how may I continue to maintain my rights as a member of the Regional Assembly of this region?
How do you propose to maintain my rights ot free speech as mandated under the Constitution should you choose to impose an IP...
I woud like to purchase the following Regional ad for 50 days.
I would be grateful if you could inform me of the cost and bill my account accordingly.
Many Thanks :)
As this currently stands it seems that anyone elected to office who serves even one day would constitute having served one of their allowed terms, whereas those appointed could serve half a term and it not count.
That seems quite a marked change to the current constitution which sets the level...
Funnily enough, and echoing Flemingovia's comments, I have several times said to Tres in private that the NPC were going nowhere until he got involved.
Tres and I did not see eye to eye on many things but in the beginning he was part of a close knit group of us which included people like Thel...

Hmm!
I may be misunderstanding you here but you seem to be saying that the electoral commisioner can post whatever dates he likes for nominations to close but that if he makes a mistake then it's hard luck on anyone who assumed he did his job correctly and didn't confirm his opinion by checking...
Just as a matter of interest may I ask if the Court considered the misleading post made by Hersfod in the nomination thread?
This post was made more like a coupe of hours not a coupe of days before the closing of nominations
EDIT: Rather more seriously did the Court consider the initial post...
I agree with Polts' assessment of the NPA.
When I was Delegate of TNP, albeit under a completely different set of parameters, I usually wasn't even informed where the NPA was.
When I once suggested that the NPA was called back from wherever it was (if memory serves correctly it was the RR) as...
If someone who was highly instrumental in creating the document can't even remember all that it covers why on earth would we suppose newbs will even bother to read it?
As I've posted elsewhere TG recruitment is legal within NS provided the nation is in a Feeder region (or the RR/Lazarus).
The...
As one of the people who had their rights illegally taken in regimes prior to your previous term as Prime Minister I will of course always be grateful for the huge steps forward made during your time (and amazingly no great harm appears to have come to the region from my one tiny vote!!)
It's...
Thanks, I do drop by from time to time...but my main residence keeps me rather too busy to be here very actively.
By the way, you are welcome to post on The Lexicon forum...I do see you there but I don't believe have ever seen you post :)
As the person who has for now, headed up the Recruiting in the Lexicon I will offer the following thoughts:
RMB recruiting is ineffective.
In the early days of The Lexicon we took this route and saw a few nations join our region. At that time, recruiting was largely carried out by Insane Power...
Nice to see that the PM, also an Admin feels quite content at threatening to use the priviledge of his power in a personal vendetta.
Fool, while not pleasant, is hardly the most derogatory of terms.
From my reading of the detailed NS page on this a nation's influence is determined by 2 things:
1) The length of time they have been in a region (starting point March 2006)
2) The number of endorsements they have held during that time.
The regional power is simply the sum of of each nation's...
With referece to this thread particularly, how would you assess your current term as Prime Minister?
What do you hope to achieve in the remaining 3 weeks of this term?
I share the above sentiments that it was a shame that there was no native wish to become more active - despite being offered the quite considerable resources that are at The Lexicon's disposal.
I was just wondering if there was some particular reason that this region is of interest to the Prime...
Can't be bothered to read..
I'm sure it makes sense within sub-clause 3 of paragraph II of point 4.3b...
I approve...maybe...
Pity the poor newbies but hey why worry about them :)
I've watched the discussion here since it began.
As many people may already know, this idea was first tried in TNPG and later in The Lexicon - with Alhoma contributing greatly to the running of it. When IP and I first had this idea we often thought about an inter-regional competition.
I wonder...
I'm quite sure that Google would consider that that broke its rules.
And as an advertiser I would be furious if I believed Google tolerated it.
Google needs advertising money and I know they have some very sophisticated methods of detecting 'rogue' clicks.
But before you even get to that...
Just as long as you remember you get paid for people who click on the ads, not just for showing them.
You could show my add a 1000 times a day but if no-one ever clicked on it then you would get no revenue from it.
It's also against Google rules to post things like 'please click on the above...
In relation to Adsense, and speaking as someone who 'pays' to use such sites - or at least IP's companies do.
If you want to make money ie get 'me' to want to place my ads on your site then you have to have a good number of users and be related to a specific advertisable product.
If I sell...
