General FYI, this is a resubmission of a proposal that had been repealed this spring. I'm guessing that TNP will be against this one since you were very much in favor of the repeal, but we'll see how things turn out, I guess. :)

Sounds good. I was away for a long weekend, and it's been a grind getting caught back up. There's a GA proposal that has 2 hours to get 3 more approvals, so I'm keeping an eye on it. I don't think that it'll make it ... but it might be close.
