Shouldnt we perhaps get some NPA members before even considering this? You cant build on an army that has very few numbers! The NPA can be used for the purposes of whatever we need them to do. KR

The only point i was making is that we are overdue a cabinet, seeing as elections were a month ago, i know that RL activity has limited this. Gross not one person here has said anyone is planning to go rogue. If you have an active delegate and cabinet then departments will bolster. Of course...
