Thanks for the update! This was actually a very interesting read especially with the coverage of foreign events in smaller regions that has been less discussed elsewhere.

Against. The resolution only covered government actions because actions by individuals or groups were considered a matter for national legislation. If the WA wants to outlaw torture in all forms by all people, it can be done without repealing GA#9.

Against - the mandate that member states collaborate on all sorts of cybersecurity efforts feels too broad to me as there could be legitimate national security reasons for member states to keep certain cybersecurity practices secret. Unfortunately that's just where my issue lies. I cannot support a proposal on this topic unless member states are given the ability to fully prohibit the technology within their territory, due to the ethical issues involved.
