This does not infringe or discourage free speech, the government would in fact be encouraging speech, i.e., "please stop dm campaigning to me", if this were passed. I hope that addresses your concerns!

This would enable voters to complain with more reason to that end. I’m also unsure why you are opposed when I’ve clarified this won’t make DM campaigns illegal.

I liked Fiji and MJ's ideas so much I stole them and eliminated the parts criminalizing DM campaigning. I hope this is agreeable.

If people would not be opposed to me running, I would be willing to put myself forwards after some consideration about potential time commitments. But I would also defer to anyone more experienced or eager than myself.
