Yep. I agree with that. You could honestly take it a step further if you wanted. The Legal Code defines how delegate-driven appointments are done, so you could honestly remove that entire line from the EC Rules, and perhaps reclassify that section as "Section Three: Temporary Appointments"...

Not sure how I feel about this one. It's not just at citizenship application time that proxying is checked for that court notice. It's at any point. If I turned on a VPN seven years after getting citizenship, and an admin randomly checked my recent IPs and found it, that would trigger an alert.

I don't care about the fact that we're treaty-bound to do this. It was a bad clause to include in the treaty. The Wellspring is not a TNP territory. Celebration days should remain relevant and specific to events within The North Pacific. I'm glad I'm not the only one voting Nay on this.

While I do think the current requirements are indeed high thanks to Sedgistan's obvious efforts to nerf TNP, a floating requirement is not exactly ideal either. It isn't ideal to have marginal qualifiers floating in and out based on an ever-changing number. I do support lowering the endorsement...
