[Formal Debate] SCAA Minor Typo Fix Act

They did get what they voted for. And if they vote for this new bill, they will get what that entails too. Feel free to vote against this one if you like the duplicate language so much.

    [DRAFT] Criminal Recategorization Act

I believe the list being elsewhere in the code is not a big deal. The law is clear, ignorance of the law is typically not an excuse. The scenario you outlined for intrusion would constitute intentional acts. Your understanding of ow this works is in fact how it works. As I said before, I can...

Peanut Gallery - [R4R] Regarding the Speaker's Decision to Restore Fregerson's Citizenship

There are more scenarios than just that one. We ask your patience a bit longer, this isn’t exactly an urgent question regardless.

Peanut Gallery - [R4R] Regarding the Speaker's Decision to Restore Fregerson's Citizenship

Sometimes that isn't possible, but what I can say is that just as I indicated in my previous update on this matter, we are close to being able to release a decision.

I’m not quite sure how the roles and permissions work in this case but please be sure to mask @Chipoli as a temporary hearing officer per this appointment and his oath and make sure he can access the appropriate areas to fulfill that role. Thanks!

[R4R] Regarding the Speaker's Decision to Restore Fregerson's Citizenship

This is super belated for an update, but the Court is approaching a response to this question. Getting everyone's schedules to line up has been difficult, but I believe we are fairly close to an answer.

    Executive Office of the Delegate

@Halsoni Mr. Delegate, when Tlomz vacated office last week, he had been occupying three positions, one of which he has since resumed. The other two were security councillor and court examiner. He has seen fit not to reapply to the SC, but no word was given as to the position of court examiner...

[GA - Passed] Repeal: “Restrictions on Child Labor”

I just want to say I’m glad Cretox found a way to reinvent the mold on GA proposals and that I could be a big part in executing that alternative vision. It’s a shame this innovation came so late in the lifetime of the General Assembly but it’s nice to see it pioneered ahead of a big time of...
