In response to feedback, I have adjusted the language for the espionage and intrusion provisions. There will no longer be an inclusion of non-treaty agreements that are factored into the application of the law, and intrusion must specifically be an intentional breach. I imagine this would...
I believe any delegate-granted honor under the current system is and should be a separate thing from what is being proposed here. Delegates can always do something like this as it is. An official RA award should be its own thing with its own name.
NPA service deserves its own space I believe...
Any other thoughts on this one? There’s a few areas that could be adjusted based on initial feedback, but I’d like to hear from more people given how broad a change this is.

Well it's very constructive and encouraging to cast aspersions and point fingers instead of saying anything useful, but hey, I guess the old TNPers have to bring back the classics.
I would think that it goes without saying that not all newcomers approach possible runs for office in the same way, and that makes a huge difference. We have seen newcomers run competent and robust campaigns. Some people take time to research and study the office and lay out a reasonable pitch...
Is there any civic culture left in The North Pacific? Have we really returned to something like the dark days of the early 2010s? Has apathy come to spread around us and render our votes mere shrugs and smiling nods? The lack of engagement with the candidates might make some sense, considering...
What they are trying to say is that this office he’s running for and being evaluated for is the vice delegate. The VD role is not concerned with policing the RMB for rulebreakers or even using BC powers. Your concerns are related to his role as LGA. The only connection to them is what you said...
This is going to require explanation. The proposal is a protest against moderation for their sloppy and incomplete new ruleset that disregarded the warnings and pleas of the community that they were supposedly there to receive feedback from. There was a glaring error in the rules as written that...
Whatever could you be referring to I wonder…
The delegate could make a non-reciprocal agreement I guess but I would think better of them than that. Without RA input that could go unchallenged. I can see this being a problem. As I said, I’m not married to this part, if the consensus leans away...
I’m glad to hear you think so. My original intention was to just take them out entirely but this seemed like it covered all the bases.
Obviously the bill goes much further than just addressing the COPS stuff. You and Elu are concerned about extending espionage to non-treatied groups. Well I...
Honestly, if the prosecution feels that the misfeasance rose to that level, they could advise the Court to punish by removing the offender from office. There will never be a situation where everyone is always happy with the degree of punishment the Court metes out, it's always going to be...
My apologies for leaving you out of my last response. I am unsure how you are concluding that these changes would mean serious mistakes would have more protection. Removal from office is an option for misfeasance, and I imagine would be sentenced for the most serious of mistakes.
As for the...
