I'm about to embark on a hellish travel experience. I'll be flying with my girlfriend from Hong Kong to Doha to Madrid to Lima. That's a 9 hour flight followed by a 7 hour flight followed by a 12 hour flight. With about 100 kg of total luggage.

Let me tell you about my night. I have a pretty big Steam library. I'm trying to work out how to back everything up (two times over, because it's best practice to never have just one backup), and save bandwidth should I have an urge to play a game that I haven't played in a while. I'm also trying to do this without spending any more money. I have a couple of storage servers, but they can't each independently store my entire library.

Some games are just not going to have redundant storage. Ark: Survival Evolved (a gigantic game, 300+ GBs!!!) is going to be one of those vulnerable games. I've never played it, but it landed in my library during a promotion where it was free.
