You have two roles that are granting the "Manage Expressions" permission, which allows you the ability to add stickers and emojis:
CA - Music Monday Hosting
CA - Events
So, it's not just all regular staffers that can do it. You just have something special.

I'm also not sure about that last part about not being allowed to use them. They loaded up just fine while I was in "View Server as Role" mode with your roles.

Either way, let's get @Halsoni involved, see what the Delegate wants, and we can then adjust the permissions if necessary.

By "not allowed to use them" I meant that someone told me not to use them, not that it broke and I can't make my own stickers and stuff.
It's fixed though, so thanks!
