I pledge that no nation under my control will wage war against the North Pacific and its territories. I understand that if I break this oath I may permanently lose my voting privileges. In this manner, I petition the Speaker for citizenship in The North Pacific.
 
I graciously decline to take the oath, as TNP's Constibillocode prohibits the Government from compelling me to swear such an oath.

Where does it do that?

@Mall passes the Vice Delegate check, since I certainly can't fail you for that with my check, but I am not so sure about the Speaker.

@Mall fails the Speaker's check - incorrect oath. Application rejected. Use the proper oath for citizenship, as stated in Chapter 6, Section 6.1, Clause 2 of the Legal Code, and the first post of this thread:
