The Security Council, the Orthodox Radical Occupational Republic, a pacifist, theocratic, isolationist region, has fallen to the Lone Wolves United, a notorious raider group whose goal is nothing else but chaos. The peaceful nation of the OROR did not have a standing militia or defenses against the Wolves. One must say that this is unjust and that the OROR deserves liberation—not for the region itself, but to show the Lone Wolves that their power is limited.

Swift action is necessary; it is indeed time for a victory over the oppressors, and for the defenseless to receive protection and justice from these unnegotiable, irrational raiders.

The OROR needs you; the whole of Nation States is depending on the passing of this resolution and the liberation of an innocent nation from the wretched clutches of these raiders. The signing of this resolution is a victory—a victory for the OROR and for every region taken over by any raiders. The passing of this resolution hereby liberates the Orthodox Radical Occupational Republic from Lone Wolves United.[/box]

Overview
This resolution would liberate Orthodox Radical Occupational Republic, making it harder for raiders from Lone Wolves United & co. to invade it.

Recommendation
Given this region has been declared do-not-defend for [insert egregious offsite offenses here], its liberation should not pass.

For this reason, we recommend a vote AGAINST Liberate Orthodox Radical Occupational Republic.
