The Security Council,

Recalling its primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security,

Noting with deep concern the recent actions and policies of the Sultanate of Bogus Not True Fake Town, which have had severe repercussions both domestically and internationally,

Emphasizing that international peace and security are undermined by actions that destabilize societies and foster disrespect for international norms and values,

Expressing alarm at the proliferation of excessive gambling activities within Bogus Not True Fake Town, which have contributed to social disorder and economic disparity among its population,

Deploring the disrespectful and inflammatory statements made by Bogus Not True Fake Townian leadership towards neighboring states, in particular with reference to The Most Serene Republic of LeBron Land, including the statements "Lebon I'm not reading all that" and "Dear Le Bron, you're washed!!", which are unacceptable and in violation of diplomatic norms,

Recognizing the responsibility of all nations to adhere to principles of respect, cooperation, and mutual understanding in their international relations,

Overview
The resolution proposal calls for condemning Bogus Not True Fake Town. The proposal cites that "international peace and security are undermined by actions that destabilize societies and foster disrespect for international norms and values"" and that the "proliferation of excessive gambling activities.... [has] contributed to social disorder and economic disparity among its population."

Recommendation
The Delegate and the MoWAA are uncertain as to the rationale behind the resolution. The proposal calls for condemning a nation that is relatively new in NationStates and does not appear to have made any significant contributions (positive or otherwise) towards the NationStates multiverse as a whole or in certain parts to merit a condemnation. The parameters cited in the condemnation do not normally warrant a condemnation by the Security Council and we are mystified as to the rationale behind the proposal.

For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote Against the at-vote SC resolution, "Condemn Bogus Not True Fake Town".
