I thought they might be, but then I seemed to remember somebody referring to them as a he.

I wasn't around at the time, so I would defer to those who were.
 
An interesting corellary, perhaps, would be how many of our delegates have been female out of all the delegates we have had.

That may provide different information than the flat numbers would seem to suggest.

Given Pixiedance was controlled sequentially by 3 different people, and Stars of Sky I think can be understood to have been primarily owned by Pope Hope, that gets us 8/45 Delegates of the female gender.
