Confirmation of Matzerati as Election Commissioner

Mr. Speaker,

I hereby appoint @Matzerati and @Lord Dominator to the Election Commission, subject to a confirmation vote by the Regional Assembly.

@Matzerati has been appointed to the Election Commission by the Delegate. I hereby open the floor to debate and discussion on this matter. I invite the Delegate to give a statement in support of the nominee.

Should this reach a vote, I put the following motion before the Regional Assembly:

The Regional Assembly, acting upon the nomination of the Delegate, confirms Matzerati to the Election Commission.

Matzerati has served admirably as our region's Speaker, and has a good understanding of our law. As such, this makes him a great fit for the Election Commission and I am confident in his ability to serve.
