The Faibuaizu Treaty shall be amended as follows:
  1. The following Clause shall be added to Section II:
    • Members in good standing may propose to condemn a member in good standing; upon such a proposal passing, the relevant member becomes a member not in good standing. Such a proposal is required to pass with a simple majority to take effect.

We propose this not only to further complete the treaty, but also because there is a proposal before the NPTO which will call on all member nations to cease trading with The Watching Nebula. Should that proposal pass, we would prefer to demote Nebula to a member not in good standing so that nations who are members of both this alliance and the NPTO would not need to jeopardize their membership in either organization, since Section VIII is only required to apply to members in good standing.

We, of course, recommend that all members of this alliance vote against that NPTO proposal. Condemning Nebula in this Alliance is only for if that proposal passes; we would be glad to include in such a proposal that members of this alliance who are not also members of the NPTO would still be required to continue trading with Nebula.

As well, we are gladdened to announce that we have surveyed a location for the Faibuaizu Headquarters. It is to be located at 1 Faibuaizu Way in Klarliert; it will be located some miles north of the main city, but it will still have its own small, defensible bay for direct access, and will be located on a hill so that it is more easily defended. We will post the location, preliminary design plans, and the suggested edit to the proposal shortly.

    1. Sens? Ky?ki is designated as the Chairperson of this Alliance.
    2. If at any point the chairperson is not an official representative of a Member in Good Standing, the above clause is null and void until the chairperson designated by the above clause is an official representative of a Member in Good Standing.
    3. The chairperson is required to enforce and fulfill the law of this Treaty.
    4. Scian kul Kroning is designated as the Deputy Chairperson of the Faibuaizu Alliance.
    5. If at any point the deputy chairperson is not an official representative of a Member in Good Standing, the above clause is null and void until the deputy chairperson designated by the above clause is an official representative of a Member in Good Standing.
    6. The deputy chairperson is required to assist the Chairperson with his/her responsibilities and to act as Acting Chairperson if the chairperson is absent or the position vacant.
    7. 1 Faibuaizu Way, Klarliert, Darcania is designated as the Diplomatic Headquarters of the Faibuaizu Alliance.
    8. If at any point the Headquarters are not in international territory, the above clause is null and void until the Headquarters designated by the above clause are in international territory.
    9. The Adventure Galley is designated as the Military Headquarters of the Faibuaizu Alliance.
    10. The Military Headquarters will act as Acting Diplomatic Headquarters if the Diplomatic Headquarters are not under Faibuaizu control or the position vacant.

Apologies, but it is our belief that an alliance as stringent and closed as this one shouldn't invite every single nation that has even a little to do with member nations. We will most certainly vote against all proposals to accept any of the above nations into the alliance, and will refuse to move for a vote for any of those nations. As well, proposals to accept the above nations will take a very, VERY long time to complete, as, according to the laws of the treaty, only one proposal may be up for vote at a time.

That said, according to the laws of the treaty, representatives from all of the above nations are invited to the headquarters of the alliance located in Klarliert. Please state below who your representatives are.

Oh ok. However, we not sure if The Helmebaine Alliance is neutral with us or bit/lot hostile against us because we have The Watching Nebula in the alliance. I don't trust The Helmebaine Alliance. So we need to make this alliance stronger then The Helmebaine Alliance, before they do it.

Lesly Dollie would just like to say that Cascadia has currently established permanent embassies with all of the member nations of this Alliance. "We would like to continue our strong relations with these nations, strengthen our diplomatic ties, and warrant protection within our nation and continue peace with all nations. Since its establishment in November of 2014, The Cascadian Commonwealth has not taken part in any conflict with another country or organization and has lent help to other nations, including military support. We hope with the protection and strength of this Alliance, Cascadia can maintain this reputation. We are willing to lend economic and military support to nations, as well as being open to free trade; Most trade to and from Cascadia is not tariffed or taxed in any way, with the exception to drought relief supplies."

We hope you consider Cascadia as a member of this Alliance.​
 
Owing to the sheer amount of representatives that may appear, we have instructed hotels in Klarliert that any representatives that cannot receive overnight accommodations in the Headquarters are to receive free rooms as needed. Should enough nations become permanent Members of this Alliance, we will add any necessary extensions to the building.

They'll all be good members for the alliance, but we should discuss of their invitation one by one.
 
The Watching Nebula has declared war on Rhuvanland. All members of the Faibuaizu Alliance are required by treaty to provide material support to Nebula. Faibuaizu Members are also encouraged by treaty also to declare war on Rhuvanland, though they are not required to. Nebula may, at any point, propose to the other members immediately to join the war.
 
In order to prevent escalation at this point, we will not propose for other nations to join the war.
