The Security Council,

Deeply concerned by the documented and ongoing actions of the nation known as Pancakeon, which has engaged in the systematic creation of numerous password-protected alternate regions (“alt regions”) for purposes that undermine the spirit of international cooperation,

Alarmed that such regions are deliberately structured to evade oversight, frustrate diplomacy, and obstruct legitimate interregional engagement,

Recognizing that the proliferation of inaccessible and artificially controlled regions can be used to manipulate regional mechanics, distort influence, and provide unfair strategic advantages within the international community,

Noting with disapproval that these actions erode transparency and weaken trust between nations, particularly when such regions are used to shield activities from scrutiny or to consolidate unilateral control,

Further concerned that this behavior sets a dangerous precedent whereby nations may bypass established norms in favor of exploitative practices that harm the broader stability of the World Assembly framework,

Affirming that fair play, openness, and good-faith participation are essential to maintaining a balanced and cooperative global environment,

Hereby:

1. Condemns Pancakeon for its deliberate and excessive creation of password-protected alternate regions designed to circumvent transparency and fair interaction;
   
   
2. Denounces the use of such regions as tools for strategic manipulation and evasion of international norms;
   
   
3. Calls upon Pancakeon to cease the mass creation of such regions and to dismantle those which serve no legitimate communal or diplomatic purpose;
   
   
4. Encourages all nations to uphold principles of openness and fairness, refraining from similar practices that undermine the integrity of the international system;
   
   
5. Urges member states to remain vigilant and to promote accountability where exploitative regional manipulation is observed.

The nominee in question is a member of The Communist Bloc, which automatically makes us against due to their past aggression to the region with no remorse whatsoever. That said, even if they weren't from a problematic region, the actions that the nominee is supposedly Condemnable for is the refounding of (mostly) fascist regions, which isn't remotely Condemnable and is standard within the anti-fascist players of the game.

Needless to say this is the easiest Against I've ever seen.
