Before I formally submit my application, I'd like to point out that I am self aware enough to know that I haven't actively crafted legislation proposals, or applied TNP legal theory in over a decade, I have read the updates made to the Constibillicode, and going back in my head and seeing the changes made vs what I remember of the documents, also been reading a few recent court opinions/rulings. ... I know I need to immerse myself in updated TNP legal theory, but if the Bar deigns fit to accept me, and gives me some gracious leeway to get up to speed, the Constitutionality of TNP law, upholding and interpreting it, and taking part in the judical process and legislation sides were things I was historically always interested in. Still am interested in getting back into it in the modern era, and this feels an appropriate step toward that endeavor, if nothing else, it shows those who have reach in the judicial areas that I am wanting to pick that mantle back up.
In the application it asks for any legal proposals or legal briefs/theory applications... While that information is from older TNP laws, and newer ones have replaced them, or language has been updated, it goes to 1. Be open and transparent in the application, show that I did have experience doing those things, and 2. Ability to craft my arguments and debate them.
Thank you for your consideration.

I proposed several legislation proposals during my time in TNP:
https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/7288165/ -
Apparently I had proposed a counter to r3n's then citizenship bill reforms, I had issues with RA participation being automatic with citizenship status and still favored the old system of someone interested in proposing legislation to instead voluntarily come and join/express interest and make the extra step known, and then overreaching discussion of beholding much of TNPs scripts to one person, and not merely automatic confer status to someone - because the other branches you had to then, and still do today need to express interests Executive Staff, Military Ect.
https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/7263408/ - proposal to reinstate civil trials and update criminal and penal code language
(Also this calls back to my time as AG in a time civil trials were disbanded when I was receiving complaints of bill of rights violations between citizens vs citizens. And not government vs citizen ... To put it on context why I re proposed legal trials)
https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/7234747/ - an RA informal Discussion on criminal law reform and bringing civil trials back stemming from complaints I was receiving as Attorney General
(Some Flemingovianism debate/reforms/equality under the law -- not getting into that part of TNP history, RS debates were inflamed during that time. It's part of TNP history and available and public record if someone wants to look - PaulWallLibertarian42 was my old Forum Identity 11-12 years ago.)
https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/7212451/ - legislation of TNP Culture and Identity, there were RMB Polls to adopt things as "official" things in TNP, I.E. Official Dish, this discussion was me gauging, well why not make them actually official in law since people voted based on the fact they would be recognized "Official" - like in the U.S. States have recognized in law State dishes, flowers, birds, animals, ect.
( A few joke proposals, Administrative/Procedural proposals a non-legislative/half satire-parody RA Fillabuster to address how to handle clerical errors in draft and passes legislation after the fact. -- https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/7181249/)
https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/7179942/ - the incident that caused and triggered the above non-legislating procedural "Read The Bills" Bill I linked to above. I had to propose a whole constitutional amendment to correct a clerical numbering error. Amend Ch 7.2 of the legal code
https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/7171281/ - Amend Ch 6.1 Clause 5 ... This was a major one surrounding VD checks, ECT and the timeframe and process for accepting someone as a citizen. And where it was made the RA could by majority overturn a previously rejected application. (This was also under the old system when one had to apply for the RA separate from citizenship)
https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/7170135/ - amend Ch 8 of the Legal code. -- this one was withdrawn by me, but at the time it did its job by helping bridge the gap and promote more intercooperation and intercommunication between the Executive, Military, and RA.
