Fianna, Kingdom of
Rìoghachd na Fianna
The Kingdom of Fianna (Fiannach: Rìoghachd na Fianna, Cambrian: Regaldom op Fianna) is a constitutional monarchy in north-eastern Gothis. It borders Andrenne to the west and Duchrijeka to the south, bordering the Antonian Sea to its north. The country is renowned for its flat landscape, notable biodiversity, maritime heritage and liberal social policies (collectively known as the Fiann’s Model). As a unitary devolved constitutional monarchy, Fianna has a total of fourteen counties named “siorrachdan” (sing. siorrachd), which are; Cillàirne, Dorbraigh, Cairness, Storke, Morgan, Bràibant, Becles, Gaileann, Peirth, Sealtainn, Stòrnagh, Hayes, Andresfort and Wetherby - the latter three forming the Gotic-speaking region of Cambers. The nation has a land area of approximately 32 688 square kilometres with a population of 17,840,110 — making the total population density 545.7 people per square kilometre, one of the densest in the world.

Fianna sits in the temperate maritime zone of northern Gothis, with a temperate oceanic climate denoting mild temperatures throughout the year, an absence of a true dry season and relatively cool summers. Leothan’s climate is strongly shaped by its maritime position and heavy rainfall, much like the rest of the coastal Fianna. Winters are generally cool and damp, summers are mild and changeable, and rainfall is year-round. Cloud cover is very frequent, sunshine hours comparatively low by world standards, with strong winds and periodic winter storms. The geography of Fianna is defined by rocky shores for its coast, followed by moorlands, forests and plains, with the Cambrian geography on the southwestern part of the nation majorly formed by the Fenley Highlands. The highest point of elevation in Fianna is the Mhairelainn Summit of the Mount Smaragd in County Morgan.

Fianna is a parliamentary constitutional monarchy. The monarch serves as the head of the state, currently Queen Alasdairina. Executive power is exercised by the Council of Ministers, led by the Taoiseach. The bicameral parliament, the Estates General, consists of the Chamber of Customs and the Chamber of Senate. The Customs is directly elected by proportional representation, producing a multiparty system and frequent coalition governments. The Senate is appointed by the crown, of mostly former members of the Customs. Cambers, as an unique entity of three counties, is governed seperately under "home rule" with the Pairlament as its legislature. The current Taoiseach is Conan MacAusten of the Sinn Fhein party.

The economy of Fianna is large, developed and diverse. In 2025, Fianna recorded its nominal GDP as $800.4 billion, with a per capita index of $44,868. Major industries of Fianna include automotive manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, furniture making, timber, fisheries and banking services. The current HDI of Fianna is 0.939. Wealth inequality, outside of Sachony, is relatively low and managed by extensive welfare programs — a recorded Gini index of 28.8 as of 2024.

Chamber of Customs
Seòmar nan Cusbainn
The Chamber of Customs is the lower chamber of the Estates General of Fianna and the principal legislative body within the Fiannach Realm's constitutional framework. It meets in the Palace of Hainelet and comprises 277 Members of Parliament (MPs), each representing a distinct parliamentary constituency. MPs are elected using the first-past-the-post electoral system in general elections, which must occur at least every five years. The Chamber of Customs is the dominant chamber in the Fiannach Realm's bicameral Parliament, the other being the Chamber of Senate. While both chambers participate in the legislative process, the Customs holds constitutional primacy. Most legislation is introduced in the Customs, and it alone has the authority to initiate and amend money bills under the Legislative Acts of 1908 and 1933.

In cases of persistent disagreement between the two chambers, the Customs can ultimately override the Senate. The Government is drawn from, and accountable to, the Chamber of Customs. The Taoiseach is typically the leader of the political party commanding a majority in the Chamber. Through mechanisms such as Wednesday Questioning (WQ), select committees, debates, and votes of no confidence, the Customs scrutinises executive action and public policy. A successful vote of no confidence may trigger the resignation of the Government or a general election. Proceedings in the Chamber are chaired by the Speaker, an MP elected by fellow members who thereafter acts impartially in presiding over debates and maintaining order. The chamber’s adversarial layout, with government and opposition benches facing each other, reflects the Fianna Realm's party-based parliamentary system. In sum, the Chamber of Customs functions as the central arena for democratic representation, law-making, fiscal control, and executive accountability within Fianna's uncodified constitutional order.
