(My IC philosophy)
- I do not intend to overturn precedents. If the Regional Assembly wants to change a law, the RA should do it. TNP is not like the US with a dysfunctional Congress.
- If a law is found to violate the Constitution, I believe it is up to the Regional Assembly to change it, in either direction (change the law or change the Constitution). Again, even the US Congress actually did this (13th, 14th, 15th to overrule Dred_Scott_v._Sandford, 26th Amendment in 1971 to overrule Oregon v. Mitchell, etc., not to say Courts in other countries). This is within the remit of the Regional Assembly.

- As the Agora channel is open to the public, I will not discuss my OOC experience here, but those who have followed my chats in the last six years on Discord (both in TNP and NSWA) would know that my work in the legal field is extensive IRL.
- Thus, working as a TNP Justice is not particularly difficult for me personally, as I frequently do in real life similar types of analysis.
