The Welcome Committee serves as the face of the region for people who join the Discord server of The North Pacific. They are tasked with welcoming and masking new members and prosecuting the Delegate's integration agenda while doing so. Membership is determined at the discretion of the Delegate and the Minister of Integration, and members do not have fixed terms of appointment.
