A Formal End to the War With The Brotherhood of Malice

It has been a little over two months since the Modern Gameplay Compact statement "On Surrender", and almost the same amount of time since Delegate Halsoni declared victory. Seeing as the constitution requires that states of war shall exist until repealed by the Regional Assembly, I propose the following:

Motion:

The Regional Assembly recognizes that a state of war no longer exists between The North Pacific and The Brotherhood of Malice.
