I've seen discussion about the NPA being restricted in what they can do, and that there is desire for an amendment to at least be proposed.
After looking into the existing class A restrictions, most appear to be easily reversible*. The exceptions are the closing of embassies - though those take 4 days to close so unless we are keeping control for that long it can be halted - and the changing of the World Factbook Entry, which from what I see has no version history keeping previous ones.
