Cabinet Shuffle
After a review of the structure of the cabinet and the overall executive, I have come to the conclusion that it is in the best interests of The North Pacific to conduct a cabinet shuffle. This shuffle will see new members of our region join my cabinet, and others be assigned a new ministry. The intention of this shake-up is to provide our executive with a boost of energy and to give rising stars in the region a chance to make increasingly meaningful contributions to it. The summer often ushers in a dormant period for The North Pacific, and for NationStates as a whole, as we've seen in the past - this one is no exception. It is my hope that this change will increase the productivity of the cabinet, its ministries, and the executive staff. I'm determined to finish the term on a high, and I know you all are too. Without further ado, here are the changes that will be made to my cabinet, effective immediately.
@Pallaith (also known as Ghost) will be the region's next Minister of Foreign Affairs. Ghost is a titan of The North and needs no introduction. Having served in the role numerous times before under many Delegates, he has my utmost confidence, and I look forward to seeing him work his magic in a role that is suited to him.
@Orange is appointed as the Minister of Integration. Orange has been Integration's finest staffer by a wide margin over the course of the term, and as its sole deputy, he is the natural successor to Ghost. Orange is a rising star in The North Pacific, and I'm quite excited about his potential and what he can do for this administration.
@Halsoni (also known as Ruben) will lead the North Pacific Army as the Minister of Defense. His energy and enthusiasm know no bounds and will be tremendously helpful in enhancing participation and recruitment in our military, which is a key goal of the administration. He will maintain his role as the Chief of Staff.
@Comfed will serve as the Advisor to the Delegate. He is one of the region's most experienced and competent voices, and is someone whose input I value. His role will now be primarily be an advisor one, as his title suggests, and will remain a component of our cabinet discussion.
I would also like to thank the outgoing Minister of Defense @Kaschovia, who is stepping down due to real-life reasons. He has been a tremendous servant to both the region and the administration for the past six months, and it has been a pleasure working with him.
Congratulations to the ministers and appointees! Please take your oaths.

Delegate of The North Pacific
