New Minister of Culture
Once more, our region is in search of a Culture Minister, as @St George has tendered his resignation to me. He helped weather the ministry through some difficult times and served the administration with excellence, and I thank him for his service. His replacement is one of the rising stars of the region, and is someone who has shown tremendous energy, passion, and commitment to the region despite being a newcomer, and I'm excited to give the next generation in TNP a chance to serve it at a greater capacity. This individual has served admirably as a Deputy Minister, and I am confident that their skillset will translate to the Executive Council. I hereby appoint @Mastenva to be The North Pacific's Minister of Culture. Congratulations!
