Declaration of Absence

Effective immediately, I am declaring my absence from my position as the Delegate of The North Pacific per section 7.8.61 of the Legal Code. I intend to return to my duties on either June 13th or June 14th, that is, in four to five days. I am taking this time to focus on a busy period in my real life and to prioritize my mental well-being. The highest office of our region requires someone who is completely dedicated to it, and it is The North Pacific's best interests to have someone temporarily take charge. If absolutely needed, I am prepared to assume the full powers of the Delegacy earlier than expected. I will remain somewhat active in our regional spaces and will continue to stay abreast of key developments while continuing to execute the responsibilities of being the in-game Delegate.

During this period, @Halsoni will serve as the Acting Delegate and @Pallaith will serve as the Acting Vice Delegate per 3.12 of the Constitution, as they are the next on the regional line of succession. These individuals have my confidence that they will be able to be effective governors of the region.

It is with a profound sense of duty that I heed this calling by the Delegate. During this short absence, we will attempt to revitalise activity in The North Pacific and create a lasting positive effect on this administration's health and success. I wish the Delegate a good absence, and I hope he returns with new energy to push this region forward as he has done for the past five months.
