Confirmation of Lord Dominator as Election Commissioner

Mr. Speaker,

I hereby appoint @Matzerati and @Lord Dominator to the Election Commission, subject to a confirmation vote by the Regional Assembly.

@Lord Dominator has been reappointed to the Election Commission by the Delegate. I hereby open the floor to debate and discussion on this matter. I invite the Delegate to give a statement in support of the nominee.

Should this reach a vote, I put the following motion before the Regional Assembly:

The Regional Assembly, acting upon the nomination of the Delegate, confirms Lord Dominator to the Election Commission.

Lord Dominator has served on the Election Commission in the past and has proven to be adept at the role. As such, I have no reason to doubt his ability should he be confirmed once more.

I don't like to push these forward when no one has really said anything, but we have an election coming up and I think we should get at least one of these moving forward. I move for a vote, and humbly suggest it be expedited to complete prior to the start of the next election, so this commissioner will have a chance to officially serve. He's the most experienced of the three that have been appointed so I figured I would move to advance this one.
